all the rock in it will make application hard. choose something like Type S mortar mix. (no rock).

No, QUIKRETE Pro Finish Concrete Mix is not recommended for repointing a stone wall as it contains gravel / stone. For repointing, QUIKRETE Mortar Mix (a Type N mortar) would be appropriate. Please check your local building codes.
