Will this work for blocking water from going into my garage it's floding it

QUIKRETE® Tube Sand packaging is designed for use as temporary water diversion or as seasonal ballast for vehicles in icy conditions. They are not designed for long-term usage. For more permanent ballast, we recommend mixing and pouring durable concrete into suitable forms.
