Can this be used in freezing weather? Or is there another product that is better Suited?

Do not apply QUIKRETE® Fast Setting Concrete Mix when weather is forecast to be below 40 °F (4 °C) within 24 hours without utilizing the required cold weather precautions. For cold weather, precautions include, but are not limited to, the following: store the bagged concrete in a warm temperature before use, use warm (not hot) water to mix, and ensure that the concrete is protected from freezing for at least 48 hours using plastic sheeting, insulated blankets, or other means. If these preventive measures cannot be taken, it would be best to wait for warmer weather. Do not use if temperature is expected to go below 32 ºF.
