HYDRAULIC CONCRETE WELL DO THE JOB. IT'S A GREAT SEALANT.

DryLoc brand paint is used for this purpose but it should be used as a last resort. A better solution is to get the water away from the basement wall if possible. Make sure all downspouts and gutters are clear and direct water away from the foundation insuring that the surrounding ground slopes away from the house. After everything else is done, DryLoc can be used if still necessary.
