How do I get the Turbo/Wash Light Signal to go off on a Normal Wash Cycle?

Hello there, Phyllis. We understand your inquiry about your LG Top Load Washer WT8400CB. Here’s how to turn off the TurboWash™ light and the end‑of‑cycle signal on a Normal wash cycle: Toggle TurboWash™ Off: Select the Normal cycle. Press the TurboWash™ button once to turn the Turbo mode off. When the TurboWash™ indicator light is dark, the feature is disabled. Disable End‑of‑Cycle Signal: With your cycle selected, press and hold the Signal button for 3 seconds. You’ll see “OFF” appear next to the Signal icon on the display, confirming the chime is disabled. Quick Reset Troubleshooting: If either option remains active, unplug the washer for 1 minute, plug it back in, reselect the Normal cycle, and repeat the steps above. https://www.lowes.com/pd/LG-Top-Load-Washer/5014906277 If you need further assistance, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport and our team will be more than happy to explore possible solutions.
