Why aren't the 3 risers on this stringer the same height? I bought 4 of them and the risers on the bottom were only 5.75". The other 2 were 6.5"


The 1st answer doesn't make sense, because its only 3/4" shorter (6.5-5.75). Normally the bottom riser would be 1" shorter for composite or for 5/4 boards which are also ~1". You just need to accept that you need to trim the bottom.

The bottom riser is 5/4” lower to accomodate the use of 5/4” stair treads.
