soggy lvl beams

LVL beams showed up three days early and I was out of town. when I went to pick them up they had been laying flat in a puddle of water in the parking lot for 3 or 4 days. I can only imagine what they would have looked like when they finally dried out. I refused them.

I will never place another order with Lowe's. My order was supposed to be delivered on July 4th. The following week, I inquired and was told it would arrive on July 11th. Lowe's did not provide any updates; if I hadn't called or texted, I wouldn't have heard anything. July 11th passed without delivery. When I attempted to call the store, no one answered. I was able to handle them by myself.

These beems worked great! I used 2 of them together.

The product was as advertised. Bolted two beams together using Truslok screws and they performed as hoped for.
