wrong width
had ordered this beam off Lowe's website. I needed 2x18x16ft for a project. my installer went to pick it up and it was only 12 wide. they told my installer they would have to charge me additional money and wait a week. but the Greenville TX Lowes made it right and my installer was able to pick it up the next day.
False advertisement
Listed as 18” wide, only 12”.
Poor QC?
Just picked up the beams and haven’t installed them yet. When I put them on the trailer I noticed a two inch differences in the length between the two. I measured the 18’ beams and one was 17’ 11” and the other was 18’ 1”. They seem very sturdy and straight so hopefully no issues for installation
