I am extremely disappointed in the poor quality of the hinges and how difficult it is to try to replace them. Thankfully I called the number supplied by previous reviewers, 866-839-2888 and was able to speak to someone who seemed knowledgeable and pleasant. however, I too have been informed the whole door has to be replaced at a cost of 115.00 and it is on back order. Hinges break and replacement option is absurd

I will start by saying I have loved using this medicine cabinet. However, the hinges on this broke after 3 years. All three of them! I finally got around to trying to get new hinges for it and have just been informed that I cannot replace just the hinges, I have to replace the hinges and the door together because it’s sold as one unit, and it costs $115. Hinge Broke after almost 2 years

We've barely had this mirror for 2 years. Today, as I opened the mirror, the bottom hinge snapped. Upon looking at the reviews since I bought this in 2024, this seems to be a big problem. There really should be a recall on this product.

The hingest failed after 4 years and now I have to spend 115$ because I have to buy the door too. That's ridiculous! This is probably the worst customer service I've ever seen.

Failed Hinges in 3 years

It seemed like the perfect fit. It had all the features, looked good, fit well...but then the hinges failed and there are no replacement parts anywhere. Just skip this poorly-engineered medicine cabinet that almost guaranteed to last about as long as the tube of toothpaste it holds.

Multiple Hinge failures

I remodeled by bathrooms and chose this mirror/medicine cabinet after seeing them in store. I own 3 of them. Well after 4 years, ive had at least 4 hinges break over that time. Now im back to report the 5th hinge has now failed. Ive called Lowes and Allen + Roth several times to get replacement parts but to no avail. They dont make the hinge as a replacement part.. Dangerous

This is our second replacement. Thought it was a one time thing with the first one. The hinges do not support the weight of the glass mirror. We now have, yet again, a mirror that already looks lopsided from the frame as it looks like it's slowly falling off. It's scary to open the cabinet because you hear a thunk sound, straining, every time you open the door. This is a horrible design flaw they needs correcting, and a solution for customers that have already purchased this product.

Hinge failed

Very upset that two hinges failed on this expensive cabinet. Please advise whether replacements are available (before the door falls off and damages my sink and floor!) This is a very heavy item and more foresight to use better quality hinges should have been used by the manufacturer. I can see that I am not the only dissatisfied and upset customer!

Garbage

The hinge situation on this mirror is ridiculous. 2 hinges broke on mine within 2 years. It’s beautiful until the hinges fail, and they’re impossible to change. I’m so disappointed.
