Good thickness. Smooth surface with just a little sheen. Even edges. Should be easy to install. Not a bright black, but muted. Tile guy says they are very good quality porcelain tiles. For some reason, this color was marked way down. The same tile in the other color was more than double the price. Glad this is the one I wanted. The light part is not bright white. It's a muted white/gray. Love it.

This review isn't for the product, but for Lowe's inability to ship items to the store for pickup without breaking 85% of the tiles in the 7 boxes that I ordered. We made it out to the parking lot before we noticed and promptly walked back in and returned the order. I asked them just to reorder replacements, but they insisted that they had to refund the amount and I had to reorder online again. What crappy customer service! Now I get to wait another week and hope that the Lowe's in Macon is ...

Why would you just fill part of the order? We ordered what we needed. And why cancel the remainder of the order. We still need the original quantity. Should have never ordered. If you can't walk out of the big box store with it in your hands don't buy it.
