I have purchased several of these blinds and was satisfied with the product however one of the last blinds I bought in January spontaneously broke and a 5 inch spring and several sharp plastic pieces flew 6 feet across the room nearly hitting me. Very scary and dangerous.
The quality was fine, except the color of the shade was a little ivory rather than bright wide, so I returned it There was only one person in customer service returns and I waited in line 15 minutes before I was served
