allen + roth Aveley 36-in W x 34.5-in H x 24-in D Linen Painted Diagonal Corner Base Fully Assembled Cabinet Flat Panel Shaker

Regret!

One of the doors is on crooked and the bottom piece is missing. Disappointed!

Poor design flaws

This cabinet is made for an apron sink but it is not easily customizable to different brands. Not sure what brand I was supposed to buy but we are having to cut it on a glued joint and repaint that area to make it look ok in our new kitchen! Drawn lines are the cuts we are making.

Poor craftsmanship

This cabinet arrived so poorly assembled that the drawer fronts don’t line up at all. And there’s no good way to adjust that!

Not the quality I expected

For semi-custom cabinets, these came with disappointing quality check issues. There was glue overspray and the shelves must have been placed inside the cabinets when the glue was still wet because we had to pry the shelves out of the bottom and then try to clean off the glue.

Fully Assembled? That's NOT What I got....

I spoke with one of the kitchen specialist 3 times before coming back to order. We discussed the pantry/utlity cabinet rollout upgrade for $800. I know I could buy aftermarket rollouts for about $200 total and install them myself but opted for the $800 upgrade to avoid having the DIY. So I got my cabinets, including 3 drawer bases, which came with drawers installed as I expected. Well the pantry/utility cabinet didn't. The rollout drawer glides were NOT even installed, nor were there predrilled...

Medium Quality at Best

First of all, the color. The sample cabinet front in the store was a creamy off-white they call Linen, which was what I wanted. I did not want a white white kitchen. I then went to the Paint Dept. and pulled colors that looked to be similar. I found one, got a sample, dabbed it on the sample cab, and proceeded to paint all the trim in my kitchen and LR this color. When the cabinets came I was shocked and disappointed to see that the cabinets were pretty much stark white, not creamy. Now I am hav...

Go somewhere else

You won't get these on time. They will sell you an estimated delivery date, then it'll be 3-6 weeks beyond that date that the manufacturer actually gets these cabinets to you. If you have any semblance of a timeline for a kitchen build-out don't trust what they publish on their website.

BUYER BEWARE!

READ THE REVIEWS! DO NOT BUY! PAY THE EXTRA MONEY TO SHOP ELSEWHERE! TRUST ME! I spent over $9000 dollars on a whole kitchen remodel. The order came 2 months after the "estimated arrival date." Half the cabinets came damaged, Lowe's asked me to reach out to allen + roth directly to replace "parts." After I ordered the replacement drawer fronts and side pieces and cabinet doors, I installed the cabinets and had my countertops installed as well. Allen + Roth then told me that the replacement...

terrible customer service

I should have read the reviews. most of my 9 cabinets came damaged, I tried for 3 months getting replacement parts from allen + roth, which are now "out of stock" and they said I could return the damaged cabinets to the store or get a 10% refund. The cabinets and granite countertops were already installed as I was waiting for "parts that never came" I can not return them to the store. So now I have busted up cabinets in my kitchen and no way to replace or repair them from Lowe's. I now hav...
