Drive 2 hours to get this from Lowe’s. It was great looking at the store, so decided to buy it. Drove back home and put it together just to have a missing panel at the bottom and the remote doesn’t work. Called Lowe’s to help get a replacement for either item, but was told they had nothing in stock.. obviously I wouldn’t imagine they would have one in stock but if the only option is being stuck with an unfinished fireplace without a means of turning it on without heat via remote, that’s just poo...

Quality could be better

Overall, I'm happy with the fireplace, but the quality of the materials could definitely be better. For the price, I didn't expect to have as many damaged pieces and misaligned holes. The good news is that the enclosed markers do cover the damage fairly well.

I expected more from this manufacturer. Terrible quality, not square and does not fit together very well. Don't waste your money.

Arrived with chipped paint, wet

Would Not Recommend

I paid extra to have this arrive assembled. Even in this delivery photo from Lowe’s you can see several spots where paint was chipped upon arrival. Because the deliverers didn’t use a cover over it, it was beaded with rain that fell while carrying it down the driveway to my house. It took me half hour of fumbling around to find the power cord tucked inside and to figure out how to get the flame part to work since the lighting assembly had come loose a bit during shipment. Now working fine, I mus...
