Arrived early and is just what we wanted.

The product hasn't been installed yet but it looks like just what we wanted. The order arrived at the store about a week early.

Just ok

We got 2 of these and one is for a pretty large window. The large size is hard to pull down. I like the grey color but do not like the fake wood lines. I would prefer to just have solid grey as the treatment to make them look like wood is very fake looking. I kept them because I still prefer over white and I also like that we could get the sizes we needed without paying custom prices. I’m sure the wand to open and close the slates is a regular length, but since we have these hanging behind furni...

Make sure you got your measurements accurate.

Product looked very nice installed in my window, the only thing I didn't like was the clips don't clip in very easy to the front of panel.

Junk

Junk and here is the list of issue I found, POOR: quality, design, instructions, mounting system, raising and lower system, my recommendation is for this company to get out of the blind business.

Beautiful Blinds but Confusing Instructions

These blinds are beautiful. My wife loves the fact that they close so tightly and keep morning light out of our bathroom. We opted for the motorized tilt. The instructions and description are confusing. The in-store information says the battery is concealed in the window header. This is not true. It either hangs off the back or you could screw the attachment points to the wood window frame. The battery clips would allow you to do both. The salesman at the store didn't know this, and gave...

Disappointed

The cuts made on either side of the blinds to are not clean. The cuts are jagged and uneven. You can see the defects from a distance . You still see the marker on the prime surfaces where the cutting employee made their measurement before cutting. The edges of the blinds are terrible. The blinds also have a horrible chemical smell. I assume the smell would fade. I'm not sure you could live in the room for more than a few days it would take for the smell to wear off. The boxes were full o...

My fault...nice blinds but were way to long. Tried to shorten them but the instructions were lame...So in the trash they went...Went to a blinds place that offers more length options....
