When I ordered this product I noticed that nowhere did the website state (or offer an option for selecting) the color. However, because I reached the page by selecting the "brown" category on the previous page, and because the picture showed a brown shade, I assumed I was ordering brown. However, what I received was white. I don't know if this is a case of simple incompetence on the part of Lowes, or if they are deliberately deceptive with the hope that the customer will accept the product ...
