Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 White Oil Based Interior/Exterior Primer and Sealer Spray provides excellent adhesion to glossy surfaces without sanding. It's great for interior and exterior surfaces. Long lasting formula is designed to resist blistering, peeling, mold and mildew growth, inhibit rust and seal tanning bleed.

I needed a stain blocker. I was painting oak cabinets white. Color kept bleeding through no matter how many coats of paint I put on them, or how long I allowed them to dry between coats. One coat of this primer, no more color bleed. Awesome product.
