The springs in the dishwasher gears to adjust the tension are plastic and strip out or will not turn. The unit doesn't work when trying to run it. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Noisy does not clean well
I bought a whole package from Z line. The dishwasher is terrible very noisy does not clean well very old technology. After two weeks, I’m gonna scrap it and buy a new one Lowes will not accept a return

Having had a panel-ready dishwasher before, I definitely wanted another as it just disappears and blends in seamlessly with the kitchen cabinets. Horrible Customer Service and no product support
Bought our house a year ago and Zline appliances were installed already. Dishwasher is flashing an error code E1. I spent hours trying to contact customer service with no help. there are no videos online on how to fix this brand. I paid for one of their "recommended' techs to come out and he tried using their information and was unable to run any diagnostics and they did not help or try to provide any solutions.
