Love this sleek looking refrigerator!

Purchased for our newly built home. The specs were accurate and installation was flawless. It's such a beautiful fridge with clean lines, ample interior lighting, and spacious capacity. Set-up for dual ice maker was easy to do and the side panel adjustments is conveniently located.

Had this zline a year and love it. Replaced a Samsung with ice maker problems since new. Many attempts to fix and it finally died.Have a lot of family over at times in the summer and this zline never runs out of ice! If you ever buy a water filter directly from zline beware they don’t do returns. Better to buy from lowes they will let you return it if you got the wrong one

Service & product disappointment

I got this as part of my home & it’s not the quality we expected. My fridge door is so hard, I have to press it, when I press it, other opens. My wife can’t even do it. Worst is they are not honoring their own commitment to quality & realizability. We are disappointed & recommending spending but more money for better service with other competitors of there’s.

I purchased a ZLINE refrigerator from Lowe's, and what should have been a straightforward purchase turned into a 38-day ordeal full of frustration.
