The features work well and the product does a good job cooking things appropriately. The food usually does not come out over cooked. I did find the operation a bit complicated to figure out, but once I had it has been a great tool for our kitchen. My spouse is still trying to figure out how to operate it.

The inside is very small in relation to the actual size You need to be an IT person to figure out how to use it and there were no instructions included so you had to go online and find the instructions . It works well. The inside area is not as big as our old microwave so we have had to make some adjustments to a smaller cooking area

Efficient with many features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Appliance came with new construction home. The unit has a variety of features (e.g. air fry and auto open door) which are very useful. We find the cooking chamber to be smaller than expected. Also, the touch sensitive key pad sometimes misreads the selection intended.
