No warranty support.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Touchpad does not turn off the oven. Have tried multiple times to get hold of a person on the "warranty" end. I have sat on hold for hours after 5 attempts with no one answering. Currently, we have to turn off the power at the breaker box for the oven to turn off. I would NOT recommend Whirlpool due to the zero customer support for their warranty

Nice range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Whirlpool range, the only thing I don't like is the glass top. No matter what is spilled on it, you try and wipe it off and it smears everywhere. From water splashes to hand prints, wipe it and it smears and very hard to get off.
