2 have stopped working

6 months after purchasing the microwave went out. We filed a warranty claim. Whirlpool was inept. They sent repairman out to replace parts for a YEAR. Over this year we had to take off work to be here for repairman and several times no one would show up or part wasn't in despite us being told it was. After a year, Whirlpool determine the microwave needed replaced. It was replaced and a year later went out again. We won't buy another Whirlpool.

I love that it's low profile and you have the option to vent it as a hood for over the stove.

Perfect if I could see.

This was the perfect solution for our retrofit and not having to adjust the existing cabinet height above the stove. It fits fine and preforms well. The fan is supposed to deliver 400 cfm, but after examination I think it is much less but seems adequate and is much better than the old vent hood. The smaller height prohibits tall casserole dishes, but there are work-arounds. The major flaw with this unit is the light above the stove which is inadequate for cooking especially if you are used to 50...
