We have only had it a few weeks but so far so good. Only thing that could have been better is the installers from Lowes. When I asked who was the certified person for the gas line, he said all 3 but yet they had to call someone to ask a question about installation. Then when they put the vent on, instead of cutting it they put it on with 2 S shapes since it was so long, that the dryer wouldn't push back enough to line up with the washer. I had to ask them to cut if down, now it just has 1 S shap...

Gas dryer was delivered, banged around getting it in the door way. The connection was installed incorrectly in the garage or in the street. Was banged around getting it in laundry room put the gas line on incorrectly untightened and hooked up. The installer never checked for a leak never checked to see if the gas line was installed right and tightened . Dread the Call Center

I had done research into options and had long been a Whirlpool customer, so Whirlpool was preferred. We also like it that it was at least assembled in the US, even no longer made in Benton Harbor.
