Washing Machines continue to be the top home appliance that gets worse as technology evolves. Bought this one to replace a Whirlpool Model I had less than 5 years. Hands down - a fabulous decision!
We had to buy a new washing machine. We did a little investigating and then set out for Lowes. We found this washing machine. It was in our budget. It had a detergent and fabric softener dispenser that we were hoping for. It could be delivered soon. The sales person was very helpful. The delivery people were efficient and quick! We love our new washer - even more than I expected! It's wonderful! I would recommend Lowe's on Gunbarrel in Chattanooga and I would recommend this washing machine!

Absolute Garbage
One blanket. That’s all it took to break a WASHING MACHINE. We had this machine for less than two months when I washed a larger blanket. This shifted the drum off its axis, cracked the drum, broke the latch and caused a leak in the machine. It took over a month to get a new drum ordered through the warranty. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE
Big Mistake
We bought this because of the ability to change water levels. Don't be fooled. MAX does NOT mean deep fill. First of all, only some cycles allow you to select MAX. I chose Cold Wash so I could use MAX, but even with that selection, the washer is less than half full of water. This washer has a slightly smaller capacity than my old washer, so I put in a much smaller load as a trial. Ordered this washing machine for home delivery. it was delivered a week later and seemed to be okay. After a couple days it started acting weird and partially working. We have had the washer less than six months and have already had to do a service call using the extended warranty.
