Would Not RecommendThis unit sucks, it’s flimsy and feels cheap and the doors don’t reverse. Don’t spend almost $2,000 on the pair and if you do don’t buy it from Lowe’s because they don’t care about you or your satisfaction as long as you shut up and live with your mistake.

Good washer nice replacement for older Duet
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is quiter than older Duet. So far has done a good job. The drum dry is a nice feature.

Washing machine started to grow mold. I thought this would have been better than my Samsung washing machine but it actually was worse. I don’t recommend this brand or machine.

I just bought this washers, the one thing that i dont understand is that i hear the water coming out the clothes get wet, but i dont see no water in the tub, its just the clothes get wet, this is the first i see no water soaking the clothes, i just dont know if its broke or my clothes was wash already after it finish the final spin

Our old Duet washer will be hard to match
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the new washer except for two things: One, there no longer is a cancel button. I like that option. Also, the buttons are not backlighted, so it is hard to read them. I miss the analog simpliity of my old Duet washer.
