Not worth the cost of the service call. The commercial brand I had before lasted 13 years. Don't use built in. It's a Hot Box. These are not air cooled from the front. There is no fan on the condenser. Using it like an ice chest with bagged ice.

good icemaker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the size/shape of the cubes. Also, the design of the scooper and holder is well placed for easy access and storage without touching the ice in the bin. One negative is that it makes a lot of periodic noise, much more than my previous icemaker. I can hear water running and the machine humming from our pantry (not close by). Overall, it is a good appliance.

Doesn't work, but dealer very responsive
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one week ago. It does not work, but the dealer has been extremely responsive. They sent a lower-level employee out within a few hours of my calling them and sent a technician within two working days. He came yesterday. He said he needed a part that he hoped he could get today and that, if he could, he would install it today. I gave it two stars instead of one because the dealer responded so well.
