So far this Whirlpool fridge is good over-all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my new Whirlpool fridge a short time (2 weeks), so this review is conditional. I like the 'in fridge' water dispenser and the ice machine in the freezer section versus in the fridge compartment - a very nice feature. So far the freezer produces ice very quickly and the amount is measured. No complaints so far.

great model w/ one flaw it with the filter sys

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator that has provided us with excellent service. Having the water inside of the unit is a stellar idea. I did deduct one star because the door to change the filter he is flimsy and hinges already broken and it is not convenient to replace the filter each time I have to almost empty the entire shelf.

Great Space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago. Thought it was a little loud but that issue seems to be gone. The climate control keeps my produce better longer. The adjustable door shelves are a nice feature.

Door is sagging.

The left-hand door, bottom hinge, is not sufficient enough for the weight of the door. Expect to call for service in the first year, because the door has sagged and the hinge plate is rubbing on the freezer drawer top.

get the extended warranty

Just made 4 yrs old and had to pay a repair company to replace a part $187 and it did not fix the issue. The motor is going out. I did not purchase the extended warranty. if you buy I highly recommend getting it. Today we don't not live in made to last, we live in made to replace unfortunately

Constant Troubles

Ever since we purchased this refrigerator we've had constant problems with the freezer. The freezer light won't come on because the switch is frozen from water dripping from somewhere in the refrigerator, most probably from the drinking water spout which is constantly leaking. The temperature in the freezer occasionally starts to rise without an obvious reason. It is difficult to get under the refrigerator to clean because of the design. We will never buy this brand again!

Great Fridge

Love this refrigerator. Have had it for 2 years now and have had no issues with it. Runs great and its roomy.

Big fridge

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We purchased this over a year ago. It’s a good fridge but the seal around the doors of the fridge did start to peel off. But when we contacted Whirlpool, they did come and replace it within a day.

Overall nice but opportunities

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Whirlpool several weeks ago and overall happy with it. Set up is good, but would love if top freezer basket would be solid and pull out when drawer is opened. Also, the deli tray has slots for dividers, but there aren’t dividers nor can I find ones on Whirlpool site to order
