I cancelled my Lowe’s order for sheet metal on Saturday after learning I could not get the full ordered amount. I called the store at least three times, and on the final call I was personally guaranteed that the order would not be delivered.Despite that, the order was delivered Monday morning. Customer Service saves the day

Not so much about the product than about the associate. I dont know her name but she works at customer service and she is a breath of fresh air. Every time I come in it's the same level of engaged service I think everyone should receive. A wow experience - even if I am only getting a piece of metal roofing.

Will never shop at this store again. Very poor customer service. Ordered these panels on Lowe's website because the Abbeville store did not have enough panels. This was the closest store to purchase the balance of panels needed to complete my project. I have used these metal panels for years and they hold up very good in the New England weather.

Sharp edges

Scratched and some dents. Using for a shed so really not as important if was my camp

Paint chips easily

I don't like how easy it chips. The paint is not great. Also didnt realize it had a white underside instead of green.

Nice color and lightweight

Lightweight, but not thick enough to hold up its weight. This panel needs to have wood under it all the way out to the edge. It will sag with even just a few inches of overhand in the width
