I had seen these in various remodeling programs and intrigued by their look. Was I happy to see Lowes had it on sale. The ordering was easy and the shipping to my local store was very fast. I was very pleased with the Lowe's staff when I came to pick it up as I insisted on looking at it under the rather large box as I wanted to ensure there was no damage in shipping. The customer service rep helped me open it to inspect it and then helped with getting the box back on for transport in our pic...
