Constructed from a sheet molded compound (SMC), a solid surface composite comprised of many individual layers, including fiberglass-reinforced polymer resin, which results in a non-porous shower wall with high-strength resistance and durability
Kit includes a 3-piece 1/4-in thick wall surround, and 2 inside corner trim pieces
Easy to install; panels can be cut to size and will glue right over existing surface, avoiding any messy removal
Material provides a beautiful, smooth, bacteria-free surface that is easy to clean; comparable to Kohler Choreograph material
Outside edges of wall panels are factory-finished, giving you a finished look without any extra pieces

Weird discoloration
There’s a problem that at this point can’t get resolved easily, but first let me start by giving kudos to the Transolid team. The care that was taken to pack the product to keep it from getting damaged during shipping was stellar, customer service stellar, they even sent samples of the product, all good, but since they would not supply the glue/silicone to attach shower walls, even after speaking with their customer support, all they would say is any 100% silicone will do. Lowe's provide little help in locating my order
The shower surround seems like it is made from quality material. When I received mine it did not contain all of the items listed as part of the kit. Specifically it did not include the adhesive that was listed on the box as part of the kit. Lowe's was no help in resolving the problem except providing the phone number for the seller.
