Already had a Toro weedwacker using the same battery system so this was a nice addition. It is heavy but effective. At this price point it is amazing performance for the money. Despite the weight id choose this over my prior corded unit any day.... without the cord the work goes so much faster. Being able to change the handle angle in 90 degree increments is helpful. Trims bushes like butter for the most part. Cutting power is more than adequate for what this is intended for. Nice build q...

Flex Force Power
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a larger hedge trimmer so it is a little heavier than my previous one. It is still very easy to use and works very well. The battery holds the charge for over an hour, at least it did for me, so it is more than enough time for my purposes. I have the Toro Striper mower and leaf blower so I now have 3 batteries which is more than I will ever need in a day!

Never shipped
I purchased this trimmer that was to be shipped to the store 2 days later. Not only was the trimmer never shipped but when I called in after 4 days they couldn't provide me with an expected process date. I canceled the order to purchase a different trimmer in store and Lowes wouldn't give me immediate credit so I had to wait another 5 days for a store credit to arrive. This was not a good experience.
It has great features and is easy to use.
