Faulty reel
This seems like a really good idea. It is powerful with the 60v battery,but the reel case that holds the string is a bad design. I have had to buy 2 new casing on the first one. I bought a 2nd trimmer thinking maybe the design would be different,but wasn't. I have ordered my 3rd casing,as it breaks really easily,made of plastic. I will not buy another one,waste of money.

Works OK
I cut every 2 weeks and I have patches of thick grass in a few places. Good thing it starts with 1 or 2 pulls because once it hits heavy grass it will stall out. I wish it was more powerful. I would probably recommend it for a small yard.

Toro force Flex 60volt Weedeater
I bought this product from lowes.com at a very reasonable price. The build quality is excellent easy to handle and the controls are perfectly arranged and all that i like. It does not have the power i would expect from a 60volt weedeater. I think my 20 volt Black and Decker has more power. The battery lasts a good 30 minutes not an hr. The battery fully charged is strong for about 2 minutes and then the power level drops off still works just not really powerful. The string feed is terrible bump ...

Two dead batteries within a year.
I bought a Toro String Trimmer and a Leaf Blower thinking it would be good that they both use the same 60V 2.0Ah battery. The first one would not charge after a couple of months so I shared the second battery with the two devices. Now the second one won't charge either. It worked last week. I put it back on the charger when I was finished and came back the next week to a dead battery. I get a red blinking light when I try to charge. I guess I'll try a different brand. Lowes told me on the phone you have 90 days to return it. No where on line agrees with this . I don't think it does a very good job.
