What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the smooth, pre-sanded surface requiring minimal sanding before painting or finishing, making it ideal for cabinetry and paint-grade projects. Many highlight clean cuts and dimensional accuracy for shelves and built-ins. However, a significant group reports concerns about paper-thin veneers prone to chipping, splintering, and delamination after cutting. Some question the value for price, though others find it a reasonable option compared to premium alternatives. Despite occasional reports of bowing or damage, most customers consider it suitable for visible surfaces when handled carefully.

Very smooth and easy to work with
Bought this to be the top I work bench and I’m very happy with the quality and smoothness of the material and I plan to put a T track in it so it has enough thickness to accommodate that

The wood cut cleanly,...
very suitable for my project. I appreciate the cut by Lowes.

Good buy in a pinch
Close to cabinet grade birch.

I am reviewing this and hope to win a $500 prize.
Slash plywood is velvety smooth and fragrant. The plywood is an eager and willing supplicant for the powerful brad nails that will turn this union into my future bathroom cabinetry.
