Horrible quality and customer service

Absolutely junk. Looks like it was built by a blind , intoxicated person. Take my advise after being fustrated for a week...buy something different and go somewhere else.

Stellar installation

the door is great. love it. the installer Lowes partnered with to install the door did a fantastic job. my home is 65+ years old, doorway is no longer square, but the door fit and works perfectly.

Great!

The first one was damaged and needed to be returned, but the second try was the charm. All went well with the install with a local handyman at about half the price the in house team quoted me. It has been in a month and looks great! I am proud to have this as my new front door. Also, I didn’t know how drafty my last door was until I experienced this one’s nice tight seal. Undoubtedly, this is saving me a bunch in heating costs already!

Good besides the bottom seal

It’s a pretty door but the weather stripping on the bottom does not sit flush with the sill or bottom sides and looks like the manufacturer did a bad job as it’s not even flush to the door itself either. I know for a fact it was not the installers fault. Not sure what to do to ensure bugs don’t get in..

Aesthetically pleasing door, but shoddy assembly

The door looked like what we expected at first glance with only minor surface scratches on the frame corner. However, when we removed the packing cardboard, we noticed that the joints in the corner didn’t fit tightly (incorrectly cut) and the top hinge was mounted on the door above the notched area. This made the top of the door shift and made the door out of plumb when the frame was plumb. Beautiful door - poor frame

I really wanted to like this door. The fiberglass door, glass and stain were beautiful. However the weatherstripping and fit of the frame was poorly done with screws only partially inserted and corners not aligned. As a result, the bottom kick plate was twisted and with gaps on the one end. The weatherstripping was not fit to the ends and light was clearly visible even with pressure applied in the close direction. Same for the bottom sill. Stinky Odor

Beautiful door, looks great but it gives off a terrible odor. My husband and I do not suffer from allergies and we both have burning in eyes, scratchy throats and headaches from sitting in room where door was installed. My husband has been wearing a mask to avoid the terrible smell. Called Therma tru today and waiting for them to get back to me.
