The curbside was fast and easy,but one of the cases was missing a few boards was open ,the person who brought the order out to the car said that they counted the boards and said that they were all their. looking at the other cartons it appears to be short, about 8 boards. I'll try to make it work

Product was described by flooring department to be a solid wood and special order with 20 percent cost to return. I was given a sample in another color However the product delivered was not the same. Cabot be refinished The flooring is 5 different shades . The quality is terrible. The product is cheap Don’t waste $ .

It takes more time to get samples than expected.

All 5 of the samples were great. Nicely sized for us to compare with our existing floor. My only thought was I wish they could have arrived more quickly.
