Picked up item two days ago but no sales agent marked it as picked up. That led to multiple emails regarding picking up this item. Had to call two different people to get the system updated.

Nice concept that needs improvement

Having a sturdy snap in 4 piece set if great for the DIYer. My big issue was the slanting side walls for the curvature "feature" Bringing hot and cold connects through the wall means one toward the back wall comes through further complicating the exposed shower system install. My opinion is flat walls are better. Problem 2 is the excess acrylic left on the stud mount edge should be removed prior to shipping. Can't mount to stud with 1/8 inch of excess holding it from the stud. Took me a hal...

PERFECT FOR SENIORS!

Would Recommend

PERFECT FOR SENIORS! We have been using ours for over 2 years & love it! If you have an issue climbing into a tube to shower, this is what you need. Steep over is only about 3" verses 8" or more on a tub. We installed 24" handle in the back, 4' from the ceiling. Do your math before cutting any holes, as there are many curves in shower walls to consider. I had to add plastic shim on my rail due to curve of long back wall. If you need more elbow room, install a 3" or more offset shower rod. You w...
