Beautiful shower
I just had this shower installed and I am over the moon happy with it. I've noticed over the years that the only people who post bad reviews are unhappy people. So I want to post a very positive review. I am 66 and thinking ahead of when I may need a walk in shower vs tub. This shower unit is beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased. I honestly almost hesitated to purchase this unit after reading some negative reviews and chose to get this anyway. We have installed shower surrounds over the years...

Just installed this shower
This was just installed and in fact I have not used the shower yet. There is one thing I am disappointed in. It was listed as a 4" step in shower. It is 4" off the floor however, it is only 1" on one side with a gradual deepening. Not sure it would be safe to use a shower seat for someone with mobility difficulties. I think it a shower seat would slide. The only other things you could do is move the seat clear down under the faucet. I am a little concerned about this. I have another walki...

Horrible quality!
We bought this shower and when the contractor went to install it the back wall was damaged with a crack along the shelf. Took it back to lowes, customer service laughs like it's not a big deal and they get this all the time. None in Stock and would be a week to get new one sent to the store. New one comes and it is broken as well. This time it was a defect from the factory. We take it back to lowes and they open up 3 more back walls and all of them are defective.
