1/2 the order came

Only put 1/2 my order on truck and left the other half in the store. then said it was delivered. had a hard time trying to get this straighten out, on the phone for some time until I talked to a manger who found the other half still there. Also, the delivery truck went by my home and ended up delivering it to the wrong place, I call him back and had them bring it to me.

Crack before use, they said it was flexed by the installer, not possible to damage it in the middle of the back panel as that panels slides in first.

Item was cracked and incorrect

Well first off the wrong item was shipped. Instead of a shower insert I received a tub surround and it was cracked. I called customer service only to be disrespected by the manager that I talked with. I guess me thinking that they made the mistake maybe they would fix it and ship me the right item that I paid for and take back the broken/ incorrect one that I was given. No not the case. However the customer service manager did acknowledge that they did indeed make the mistake and that’s all that...

Shower back wall was cracked and replaced will be delivered October very late for bathroom remodeling

Still waiting

We ordered this shower, took forever then when we received it, it was only the wall panels. Been fighting to get the base and seat. They say there is nothing they can do for me. We are suppose to install this shower next week into a customers bathroom. Still waiting for the rest of the package. Unbelievable will never order online from Lowe’s again.

Do not buy

I orderd this very shower . I was a given a delivery date . I was to wait 4 weeks for delivery which I was ok with. Delivey has been moved back 3 times now to the 12th of July. No explaination and nobody seems to be accountable for anything there. Never again. Customer service at Lowes is a thing of the past. I work in construction sales and this is not acceptable where I work.

Quality Control and Handling are substandard

Product arrived damaged on every single part. It seems like this was a restocked return that was not reviewed. Even the installation instructions and hardware bag were missing. Wasted time , money and fuel on this order.

Sterling Alcove Shower Enclosure

This could be a quality product, but suffers from poor quality control, lack of attention to detail as well as inadequate care in shipment. Multiple cracks and splits/ Sadly this $1200 enclosure is going back in the morning.
