On the Fence....

Ordered one stair tread for color match which matches the laminate flooring exactly. The ends were chipped and broken. I also ordered a stair risers which was missing. O ordered this on 8/19 with about 1500 in stick. Tread didnt leave the warehouse until 8 days later and arrived at the store 5 days later. Now I have to chase down the riser. Considering shopping elsewhere given the two week wait to receive and than half the order is missing.

I suggest anyone that if you’re going to order something from Lowe’s hardware and they’re using FedEx and you want it when the delivery says it’s gonna be there. Do not order from Lowe’s hardware using FedEx. I have waited all day long for my order that’s supposed to be here today and now they’re saying it’s gonna be two more days. FedEx is the worst delivery company ever and Lowe’s hardware is ruining their name by using them. I will never order anything else from this company that has to come ...
