Doesn’t match the LVP
These look okay, just not what I wanted. I would have preferred a simple bull nose, but I wasn’t offered that. The color doesn’t match the LVP very well. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed in a project like this.

Received the wrong item
Lowes delivered the wrong item and didn't realize until after installing the flooring that it was a different color than the one I ordered. Lowes not willing to make it right. Will never be shopping at Lowes again. Horrible customer service. They sent me a product that had been discontinued for over 2 years to get rid of there old stock

Upset about condition and shipping.
4 stairs came defective. Cracked and or dented. Shipping was delayed and there was no update without me calling the vendor 5 times on the time frame. I had to move installation and then couldn’t get installation because of defects. It however is the exact color I need so I will return the damaged treads and order new ones.
