Instead of bifold
This door worked out fairly well in a spot where a bifold could have impeded traffic. What the don’t tell you. The 5 inch panels are made of thin plastic that can be easily damaged. The fragility of the panels is why it did not earn 5 stars. You can trim the panels to alleviate interference with wall to wall, but you need to remove and after trimming need to reinstall about a dozen tiny screws. For a 24” door, you can remove two panels. Replacing an older door
I had to hire someone to hang the door as I had nothing to trim it with, but the installation all went smoothly, just like the instructions. My favorite part is the magnetic close. It holds the door securely shut, as opposed to my old door which would pop open.

We bought this to replace an accordion door between our laundry room and kitchen. The old one was single ply vinyl. If I had realized how nice the new ones are I would have replaced it years ago! The instructions lacked detail and only work if you have no door jams to deal with. Also, there are a few little tips that could have been included. Otherwise, it was pretty straight forward, and it seems to work fine and looks pretty good.

It was a little long but it was easy to cut and adjust. The color is dark and rich looking and it works great for the space I needed it for! Love it.
