Good but with ifs
If you get it without damage, and can get it installed correctly, it can be a nice unit, we had 1 for 5 years, but a storm smashed, insurance paid for another and again you have to get good builders or pay close attention to building paying attention to the videos available, this one we bolted down that they recommend anyways, its a nice unit when built correctly and sturdy, with that being said, I saved a bunch of the windows from the old one I will sell

Becareful and read the reviews.
It came looking used and repackaged. When opened it had broken bent striped and used parts. The screw package was slit open with screws missing. The product itself is a good idea but to expensive for the cheap material they send. Like no plexi on window just cheap plastic wrap you can put a hand through if you are not careful. Forget the instructions they are pictures and not very good ones to show you what to do. Ended up doing steps multiple times. With all that said i took my complaints to lo...

Unfrotuantely I cannot speak to the quality of the product itself since it did not make it through shipping. Missing an entire large box, and another damaged, pallet itself was destroyed.

Do NOT BUY
Received broken. Extremely poor customer service. No help offered. Lowe's seems to take NO responsibility for this item and defers everything to the vendor, which you have to deal with on your own. They did not even provide a number for me to call and asked me to "google it." This is absolutely shameful for a company like Lowe's. I strongly recommend that you do not buy this item.

Poorly staged for shipping from store/seller
I received this monstrosity of a so-called pallet with multiple large boxes on it. First, the pallet wasn't an actual pallet, but 2x4 and 1x3 scabbed together (and falling apart on truck before driver could even pull it off the truck. Second, they stacked the thinnest box, yet the widest box under 3 other huge boxes, but because the pallet wasn't correct size, the box was severely damaged, which I'm assuming is the critical pieces of roof panels (which slide into channels) and cannot be damaged....

Charleston fan does not go with this gazebo.
This Sojag gazebo replaced an older Sojag that had a polycarbonate roof (severely damaged in hail storm). It was a little harder to put together, but the metal roof will not likely be damaged in another hail storm. I am pleased with this purchase. See note about what others should know about this item.
