I give the shelf and the experience buying it 5 Stars in every way. I couldn't believe how quickly the custom shelf was delivered. The packaging was perfect - enough to fully protect but not overdoing it so as to add to the landfill unnecessarily. I am not going to say that installation was 'easy', but by following the very detailed instructions, was certainly not difficult. They look incredible - I did stain the front to match before installing which in my opinion is a requirement, but they...

Damaged goods.
I picked it up at the store. When I opened it at home I found that it was damaged, and had to returned it to the store. The packaging was good, so it may have left the factory already damaged.

It was one inch too narrow, but that is fine. I only ordered one as a test and the others will be correct! It was amazingly easy to install. It took more time to read the instructions than to actually do the installation!
