pro's - shelf constructed well/sturdy, installation video more comprehensive than written directions, and measuring instructions were accurate for sizing con's - not as easy to install as shown, primarily trying to fit into a cabinet split with a shelf that doesn't have enough space for any adult body to squeeze in and then angle the screwdriver to function and secure the back screws, plus the back rail kept moving with even a little movement. Be Careful of Width Measurement
I received the sliding shelve yesterday. Quality is very high and the sliders are very solid, not cheap. While expensive with tax and shipping, it is probably worth the cost. However the product page indicates an actual width. This is not the width of the product but the width of the product opening. When I ordered a 19" width, it measures 18.5" because they allow for 0.5% to the sides. I had already accounted for 1" so now its 1.5" narrower than the actual opening.

Makes me happy every time I use them!
These sliding shelves are wonderful. First of all, they fit perfectly. They look good, they are sturdy, the mechanism for sliding works great, and the installation instructions were really good and easy to follow. I'm so happy not to have to get down on the floor trying to get to the pots and pans that are in this cabinet.... just slide out the shelves and effortlessly find what I'm looking for. There are a lot of choices for sliding shelves, and I'm happy I chose the right one!

Excellent pull out shelf
This shelf came as described, was easy to install, and had excellent instructions. I also like that the slides are substantial, and not the usual cheap stuff I've seen on cabinets.
