Second time we've purchased these pull-outs. Fairly easy to install, sturdy and well-made, good price. We're using them to store a CD collection that had grown beyond its regular shelf into rows that were impossible to see. Now everything will be easy to see and access. Great purchase.

Spring quit working
Worked great for 1 year before the "soft close return spring" quit working. Now the drawer doesn't fully close unless you re-set the return spring every other time. Contacted the manufacturer, but no response. Guess I'll have to find another manufacturer.
