Pressure treated southern yellow pine for exterior above ground use - not intended for ground contact
Manufactured from a "C" grade veneer
Treatment meets AWPA (American Wood Protection Association) standards and is building code compliant (IRC and IBC)
Lifetime limited warranty that protects against damage by fungal decay or termite infestation that makes the wood structurally unfit for the application for which it was used
For optimal performance of paint and stain coatings, allow treated wood to dry prior to application
Hot-dipped galvanized or stainless-steel fasteners and fittings are recommended
Safe when used as directed by the manufacturer's warranty

Inspect your product.
At least two sheets that I received came damaged on the ends. If my me memory serves me correctly it's right about $30-$40 worth of material loss. Inspect your lumber prior to pick up and you'll be alright. Overall, the quality is nice enough for a subfloor install. It's pretty stout stuff. <1% knots from what I can see.
