horrible curb side pick up service

Would Not Recommend

After I received e-mail confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. Curb side pickup took over 30 minutes for a single sheet of plywood. Employee was clueless about location of product , how to check it thru the Lowes system, how to locate it, how to transport it to my truck, and how to load the product or get assistance to load. employee sought assistance from peers and management and was still not able to be responsive or provide acceptable service.
