Buyer Beware - Finger pointing by Lowe's & Schlage
The page fails to provide instructions when selecting the "keyed alike" option or Lowes.com failed to do their job and coordinate with Schlage to have 4 doorknobs keyed alike as noted on my order. Apparently, there is a form that must fill out for Schlage to fill your "key alike order," and I ended up with 4 different key doorknobs. The finger pointing between Lowe's customer service and Schlage is not helping. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUYING THIS PRODUCT VIA LOWES. I'm still waiting for someone...
