The locks work perfectly and allow us to accommodate our guest remotely. We really like that we can issue a time sensitive code for our guest that automatically is erased at the end of their stay. We like the quality of this product and recommend it if you need to manage access for multiple people.

Installation instructions were clear, the setup was easy, and the thing just works as expected. And, unlike far too many modern tech additions, it has back-lit physical buttons. The app is also straightforward and easy to use. My only question I can ask is why did I wait so long to get one?

This lock is a Game Changer for my home

When me and my wife pull in the driveway, we can unlock the door with our phone on the Schlage app. No more bickering about the other spouse being slow to unlock the door, especially when we are carrying groceries. They only critique is that this lock does not connect to my Apple Home app; that would have been the cherry on the top, because then I could have unlocked my lock using...

Works well and the app is adequate. I was surprised by how bulky the inside component is. The thumb turn has a lot of play when in the locked position and the housing is large and bulky. Definitely doesn't get points for precision or style. At this price I expected higher quality.
