What Customers Are Saying

Customers praise the tile's large format, neutral beige-gray tones, and realistic stone-like appearance that creates a luxurious, seamless look with minimal grout lines. Most find it easy to install and cut, even for complex applications like shower walls. However, many struggle with the matte textured surface, reporting it traps dirt and water marks that are difficult to remove despite repeated cleaning. Some customers also encountered defective tiles with warping, bowing, or inconsistent patterns. Overall, most appreciate the aesthetic and workability, though maintenance challenges and quality concerns frustrate a significant portion of reviewers.

Impossible to clean

Would Not Recommend

I have read all the reviews having this same problem and the responses from Satori on how to clean, but those suggestions don't work. It is not grout haze, it is normal foot traffic. Can I have it sealed even though it is stated as not necessary and can I use a steam cleaner on it and what is the strongest most effective cleaning product that I ca use?

Stunning Stone Look at a Great Price

These porcelain tiles look absolutely gorgeous once laid down, giving the space a clean, high-end stone finish. They are surprisingly affordable compared to similar options at other stores without sacrificing look or quality. Perfect choice for bathroom floors or walls—very happy with how the project turned out!

Extremely hard to clean

Would Not Recommend

Don’t buy this tile, it is extremely hard to clean the surface is not smooth as the production description describes. The surface is like a sandpaper and attracts dirt very easily. I wish we would have picked another tile

Satori Armonia Luna 24-in x 48-in

Would Not Recommend

I ordered 4 pallets of this tile for the entire house. One pallet was dropped during delivery and it broke and all the tile broke more then 15 boxes. We were able to return 10 boxes on July1st and was told i will get replacements with 4 days from another store. I never received them until August 2nd. I wanted to get only 3 boxes as we had to go to another store and purchase the tiles to complete the job. I never received the refund for the returned tiles.

Tiles are different color tone from factory box

Would Not Recommend

We purchased this tile to have nice neutral colors in white shade and grey but unfortunately when tile was completed installed we found multiple tiles to be really rough in texture you can see the difference between them which ruins the perfect pattern of color , and no is not grout haze tile was cleaned multiple times which also this tile is really hard to clean probably the worst, it would it be better to clean concrete than this keeping it from marks and spots that don’t come off , I expended...
