This is my 3 year review with this dryer. How do I best put this? It gets the job done okay. Forget about using all the other modes, the mode you will only use is ***time dry*** The automatic dry sensor sucks horribly. Your clothes are not dry when you put it on normal. It’s supposed to automatically stop drying your clothes when “dry” to save power consumption. In reality it stops when the clothes are still wet. If you’re reading this now don’t even bother with the washing machine.

Not GFCI compliant with 2023 NEC Code
Purchased this dryer July 2025 for a new home built in the City of Austin, TX. The City requires all new builds to be compliant with the 2023 NEC codes, which also require all dryers be GFCI compliant. This dryer consistently trips our GFCI breaker because the advanced electronics cause nuisance-trips. Each night, even though it isn't in use, it trips the breaker. Beware of Samsung Service Techs
We bought a beautiful blue Samsung Bespoke washer and dryer set, late 2023. The dryer began cutting off recently. Samsung informed me the warranty expired in Oct 2024. My Tech assessed it to be a power module going out. This is a nearly $300 part! A primary component. I reached back out to Samsung who stated they would do a one time warranty on the part only. BUT, I had to use their tech. "Their" tech company has a 1.2 star rating with post after post about the horrible warranty service received...

Terrible mistake.
Was trying to buy a whirlpool washer but wasn't available so I settled with this samsung instead. You're going to want to sit down while reading this. Nice dryer, but controls lack flexibility
This dryer looks nice and of course it matches the associated washer. Dryers are all pretty much the same... they heat and spin your clothes. The differences are in the controls. Unfortunately this dryer limits you to cycle configurations predetermined by the manufacturer. e.g. I have comforters that are supposed to be dried on low heat.
